Wrapping up NLNW 2016

Tuesday 13 September 2016

Thank you to all the schools that joined in the fun of National Literacy and Numeracy Week. We hope you had a fantastic time and enjoyed participating in the activities.

Last week, our Ambassadors were very busy. Adam Spencer visited Gosford High School in NSW, where he ran a numbers workshop with students. Felicity Castagna spoke about the importance of literacy and gave parents some tips for engaging their children in reading. Sally-Ann Williams introduced us to some terrific computer science activities and Simon Pampena created this year’s wonderful Who Won It? activity. We are very appreciative of the ongoing contribution our fantastic ambassadors make to supporting education.

Thank you to all the students, parents, teachers and schools who have been involved in making the week a success.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the short survey to provide your feedback on the 2016 National Literacy and Numeracy Week and tell us how we can improve NLNW in the future.
